Pasir Ris Park Playground
Pasir Ris Park Playground is one of my favourite hidden gem of the east. The scale of the play area, the serenity despite the crowds of children, the huge canopy that help to shade the playgrounds and the occasional sea breeze makes this place a favourite among the easterners. It has all the ticks that makes for a great outdoor playtime!

This is just one of the play area. This particular one is suitable for younger kids, with swings, a little tunnel to crawl and a maze for that fun running. Swings are popular here, there are normal swings, swings with bucket seats, swings with safety belts, there is also an inclusive swing that is suitable for kids in wheelchair.
There is also a small area of rock climbing, suitable for the little monkeys who loves to climb up and down the tables at home. Be sure to monitor as I have seen kids around 5yo got stuck at the top, afraid of the heights to get down.

At the other side of the park is another play area. Other than the normal swings, there is also a huge red rope tunnel that leads you to the long slide at the top. Although the slide is long, it is not that great at sliding as my kid got stuck several times and I definitely won’t recommend for younger kids who can’t get down themselves. But otherwise, it is great climbing exercise for older kids! And parents too, who need to keep up with the kids haha. The slide is definitely not suitable for adults, as Daddy E, being too heavy, can’t slide down at all -_-”

Other than the prominent red rope tunnel structure, there is another station for younger kids – with galactic spring ride

What is lacking in this playground, is a nice big macdonalds lol. There are some nice eateries near the coast but unfortunately they are only open in the evening. So if you are here in the morning, is best to bring your own food for a nice picnic.
Besides the playground, check out their website for more facilities!
